From part of HILAITAN, GUIHULNGAN CITY to whole area of VALLEHERMOSO and CANLAON CITY
Reason:
Tripping of main circuit breaker (MCB) at 5MVA Vallehermoso substation is due to high ground current.
NORECO-I Special Equipment Team is now working to reset the MCB. Time of restoration is yet to determine.
