Membership Forms and Contract for Electric Service can be requested in NORECO I
Membership form – for Residential Consumers
Contract for Electric Service – for Commercial, Industrial and Public Buildings

✓ Electrical Permit (2 copies)

Applicant can acquire it in the Office of the building officials in their respective Local Government Units.

✓ Certificate of Final Electrical Inspection (2 copies)

✓ Electrical Plan duly signed and sealed by a Professional Electrical Engineer (PEE) (2 copies)

✓ Service drop wire affidavit of consent

Service drop wire affidavit of consent template can be requested in NORECO I.
This must be executed by the lot owner, of the by a government official if the lot is owned by the government.

2. Hire authorized electrician/ master electrician/ electrical engineer for housewiring installation.

3. Submit all required documents to NORECO I Main Office, Bindoy, Negros Oriental

4. Pay applicable fees.

5. Patiently wait for energization.
