This mission is made possible through the coordination of NEA, PHILRECA, and CEBECO III, under the leadership of CEVECA President and Task Force Commander GM Virgilio "Jomoy" Fortich. At 6:00 AM today, we held a heartfelt send-off ceremony led by our ever-supportive GM Engr. Elvin A. Dennoyo, with a prayer of protection and guidance offered by March of Faith Pastora Hadassah E. Herrera, ug pabaong mga necessary items and safety reminders to prepare our heroes for the journey ahead.
We salute their courage and selflessness in answering the call to serve, far from home, yet close to the hearts of those in need.
May they stay safe, strong, and healthy as they bring light to Masbate. We await their return with pride and gratitude.
